ESG – Sustainability & Responsibility
Our commitment to environmental, social and governance responsibility.
MOLOR trades industrial machinery with the aim of making high-quality technology usable again – as an active contribution to the circular economy. Our ESG statement describes how we incorporate environmental, social and governance responsibility into our business activities.
E – Environment & Climate
As a dealer of used industrial machinery, resource efficiency is at the core of our business model. Every successfully resold machine saves significant amounts of material, energy and CO₂ compared to new production.
Circular Economy
Extending the use cycles of high-quality machinery instead of premature disposal.
CO₂ Reduction
No primary material input – conscious avoidance of new procurement through targeted second-hand trading.
Responsible Disposal
Inventory that can no longer be sold is professionally recycled or disposed of (WEEE: DE97815674).
S – Social Responsibility
- Fair working conditions: As a sole proprietor, we ensure all contracted service providers are treated fairly and in compliance with the law.
- No child labour: We do not tolerate child or forced labour in our supply chain.
- Equal opportunities: Discrimination of any kind is excluded from our business operations.
- Transparent communication: We openly inform customers and partners about the condition, origin and technical properties of the machinery.
G – Corporate Governance
- Compliance with all applicable legal requirements (sanctions, export, data protection)
- Transparent pricing and clear contractual terms
- Active Code of Conduct (see Compliance)
- No greenwashing – no unsubstantiated sustainability claims
Human Rights
We are committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights as expressed in the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
As a sole proprietor with low supply chain complexity, our direct risk exposure is limited. We nevertheless take appropriate measures to screen our business partners.
